Cancellations & Returns Policy

Returns are currently unavailable
Rev Parts Depot is not currently accepting returns. Because OEM parts can be vehicle-specific, we strongly recommend providing a VIN when fitment is uncertain and carefully reviewing the quoted part numbers before payment.
Cancellation requests
You may request cancellation through Track Order or by contacting us. A cancellation request does not automatically cancel the order.
After supplier ordering
If the supplier order has already been placed, processed, or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. We will review the order status and tell you whether the request can be approved.
Incorrect or damaged shipment
If you believe Rev Parts Depot shipped the wrong item or a shipment arrives visibly damaged, contact us promptly with the order number and supporting photos so we can review the situation.
