Quotes and availability
Website requests are requests for a quote, not guaranteed offers to sell. Pricing, availability, shipping, taxes, and supplier lead times may change until a quote is confirmed and payment is completed.
Vehicle and fitment information
You are responsible for providing accurate part numbers, VINs, vehicle information, and order details. When requested, Rev Parts Depot may use the information you provide to help verify fitment, but vehicle variations and supplier data can affect fitment.
Payment and ordering
Supplier orders are placed after the required payment is confirmed unless we agree otherwise. Once a supplier order has been placed, cancellation may not be possible.
Shipping and pickup
Shipping charges and delivery estimates are provided with the quote or order details. Metro Detroit pickup is available only when confirmed by Rev Parts Depot.
Returns and cancellations
Returns are currently unavailable. Cancellation requests are reviewed individually and are not automatic. See the Cancellations & Returns Policy for more detail.
Website use
Do not misuse the website, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operation, or use automated systems to abuse forms or services.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, Rev Parts Depot is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from supplier delays, carrier delays, incorrect customer-provided information, or events outside our reasonable control.
